Beacon Hill Legal - Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal/legal assistant to join our busy litigation team at a prominent Philadelphia law firm. This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dynamic and multifaceted litigation support to our team of attorneys.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including assembling binders, exhibits, and presentations.
  • Have a basic knowledge and application of Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Perform office assistant duties as needed.
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Work with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
  • Prior litigation paralegal/legal assistant experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including working with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
