Your Role:

As a vital member of the Global Sustainment Courseware, Training, and Technical Publications team, the Training and Technical Publications Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and delivering educational programs and technical documentation to bolster Lockheed Martin's ground-based radar initiatives and contracts.

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

Proven experience in developing technical training materials and conducting training in both classroom and hands-on settings.

Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

Capability to comprehend technical source materials to aid in the development of training content.

Experience in delivering instructor-led training on intricate technical systems.

Experience supporting complex technical systems that integrate both hardware and software components.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, subject matter experts, and clients.

Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience in operating and/or maintaining radar systems.
  • Expertise in developing training materials that adhere to DoD standards.
  • Proficiency in creating SCORM-compliant training following the ADDIE model.
  • Experience in instructional system design is a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.
Work Environment:
