Overview

As a member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support, and oversight to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of general, neuro, and interventional radiography and computerized tomography studies in an emergency room setting with minimal supervision.
  • Practice proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed and perform a variety of tasks that require a high degree of skill and autonomy.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as computed axial tomography, magnetic resonance, interventional radiology, mammography, sonography, ultrasound, and/or nuclear medicine and PET.
  • Apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
  • Maintain radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • One (1) year of current experience performing CT and Radiographic procedures.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
  • Must hold and maintain AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing: CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT), CTCT - Certified Technologist/Computed Tomography (LIC CT), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (CT ARRT), and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS).
