Palm Careers LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Instrument Technician to join their team in Georgia.

Earn up to $65,000 per year as you play a critical role in maintaining impeccable standards in the decontamination, assembly, inspection, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment for Surgical Services and various ancillary departments.

Job Description: As a Sterile Processing Tech, you will work closely with the Operating Room (OR) staff to ensure a swift supply of sterile products, trays, and case carts. Your expertise in both decontamination and assembly procedures will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of Two (2) years of experience in sterile processing
  • Hold either the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification through the IAHCSMM or the Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification through CBSPD
  • Vast knowledge of Sterile Processing Department (SPD) protocols and a keen adherence to standards and IFUs
  • Expertise in decontamination and assembly procedures
  • A critical thinking mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
