Job Title: Painter
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Puget Collision. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of all facets of paint application for automobile collision repair.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all paint operations at the center
• Supervise paint prepper team members
• Participate in the establishment of goals and objectives for the paint team
• Ensure paint production schedule meets daily targets
• Inspect quality of repairs received from Body Department and final paint quality
• Ensure safe and organized vehicle flow in and out of the Paint department
• Monitor and maintain paint shop supplies and equipment

Requirements:
• I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certification is a plus
• Complete understanding of paint application for automobile collision repair
• Ability to read, understand, and perform written instructions accurately and consistently

Behavioral Excellence:
• Perform all responsibilities according to Company Standard Operating Procedures
• Continuously strive to improve paint department efficiency
• Participate in training programs to maintain technical and professional skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S organization
• Extend normal working hours as necessary to accommodate workload and customer requirements
