Salary

We offer a guaranteed base pay of over $350,000 with uncapped bonus potential. Your salary will be higher than average for this position, reflecting your expertise and dedication to our patients.

Job Description

As a Traveling Orthodontist, your responsibilities will include providing orthodontic services to patients, collaborating with your team, and participating in activities to promote a positive image of our company. You will work with kids (70% or more of our patient base) and adults, taking care of their community while promoting a positive image of our company.

  • Take part in morning huddles to plan your day and highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.
  • Love working with kids and adults alike.
  • Provide high-quality orthodontic services to patients.

Our practice has state-of-the-art equipment, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. We also provide yearly OSHA and HIPPA training, as well as Emergency Management training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
