Job Summary:

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
  • Implement IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static) and configure ACLs in a large enterprise environment.
  • Configure routing and switching latest platforms and solutions - Cisco Nexus and/or Arista product line.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create and update technical design documentation.
  • Work in a Product/Agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products.
  • Experience with Change control processes - Service Now.
  • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio Professional.
  • Experience with regulatory and auditor collaboration.
  • Experience preferred with scripting YAML/Python/Ansible/GITHUB.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static), specializing in implementing DDoS mitigation strategies and configuring ACLs in a large enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of experience with configuration of routing and switching latest platforms and solutions - Cisco Nexus and/or Arista product line.
  • CCNA, CCNP/DP or CCIE Certification preferred - Datacenter.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering and/or 3+ Years of Networking Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skill with creating and/or updating technical design documentation used by engineering teams.
  • Experience working in a Product/Agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products.
  • Experience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now.
  • Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
