TakoSushi, a renowned sushi restaurant, is seeking skilled Sushi Chefs to join our team in Lexington, SC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes according to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting, slicing, and filleting various types of fish and vegetables with precision and speed.
• Inspecting the quality of products used in sushi preparation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Sterilizing utensils, instruments, and equipment before every use to prevent contamination.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sushi preparation is mandatory.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant experience are preferred.
• Dependability, open availability, and a strong drive to succeed are essential qualities.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
