This position entails both primary and secondary responsibilities in server system management, alongside providing information assurance support.

  • Deliver systems administration services for Windows operating systems and applications, while also offering backup assistance for VMWare virtual environments.
  • Conduct installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of new and existing systems solutions.
  • Guarantee system compliance by implementing and configuring approved IAVAs, SPs, and patches.
  • Execute system backup and recovery processes.
  • Document system requirements pertinent to Disaster Recovery.
  • Create and maintain server/application documentation.
  • Sustain Windows virtual templates for server deployments.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 5 years of pertinent work experience.
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Required certifications include MCSA Windows Server 2016 and VMware VCP 7 or higher.
  • A Secret clearance Tier 5 investigation is mandatory.
