Job Description

This role is an Associate in Third Bridge's Consulting Clients business. As an Associate, you will work with our consulting clients to deliver high-quality research and support their project lifecycles. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending experts and research content to clients, gathering stakeholder management skills, and delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Driver: Understand excellent client servicing in a competitive market and drive revenue growth by executing strategies for accounts.
  • Problem Solver: Execute on client requests for experts, searching and vetting experts to support clients under tight deadlines.
  • Player & Coach: Lead the charge and support peers, training and developing others, and receiving hands-on training and coaching.
  • Research Partner: Think as an extension of the client's team, offering solutions that bridge knowledge gaps and ensuring a smooth partnership.

Thrive at Third Bridge

Expect a total first-year compensation of over $70,000, including bonus. Beyond pay, you can expect clear performance goals and recognition for your contributions. After ~2 years of strong results, you could transition to managing your own team and P&L, or progress to roles in Sales, Product, or across the organization.
