Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, prepare, and oversee work assignments within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate physical stock levels and ensure alignment with S4/Hana and Warehouse Monitor systems.
- Create packing slips and bill of lading documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of trucks with the necessary paperwork.
- Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of all scheduled outbound shipments.
- Process post goods issues efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate proactively with internal sales teams regarding any delays in shipments and coordinate necessary actions.
- Prepare shipments for delivery effectively.
- Foster strong working relationships with warehouse and operations personnel.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role within a corporate environment is preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills:
- Respond to customer inquiries requiring product knowledge, interpret requests, and ensure prompt and courteous resolution.
