Job Requirements
  • 1 year of work experience as an LPN / LVN is required
  • 1 year of experience in each field of work (Medsurg, ER/ED, Critical Care, Home Health, etc)
  • Must follow the State board of nursing scope of practice
  • Work under the supervision of an RN on duty or an advanced practice RN or Physician
  • CPR certification is required
  • ACLS is required for critical care or facility discretion
  • CPI/Crisis prevention is required for behavioral health
  • Up-to-date TB skin test or acceptable alternative is required
  • COVID vaccine is required at facility discretion
