We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This is a full-time position that requires working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
