McLaren Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients in their homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform basic patient care procedures and techniques competently, including medication administration.
  • Organize patient care effectively and develop a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve patient goals.
  • Conduct ongoing and systematic assessment data collection, focusing on patient age, physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status.
  • Identify patient/family learning needs and implement appropriate processes from admission to discharge.

**Requirements**

  • RN licensure
  • BCLS certification
  • ACLS certification (required for certain units)
  • Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
  • One year experience in department clinical specialty

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • BSN degree
