As a Property Broker, you will assist buyers, sellers, and renters in navigating the market, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the process.

• Client Assistance: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by identifying their needs and matching them with suitable opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay informed on real estate trends, property values, and local neighborhoods to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Property Listings: Create, market, and manage property listings on multiple platforms to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiations: Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, negotiating offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients, other agents, and industry professionals to generate referrals and new leads.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage client files, prepare contracts, and ensure timely documentation of all transactions.

• Licensing: A valid real estate license
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (Preferred but not required)
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, Proficient with real estate technology tools and CRM systems
