Your Role:

As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, you will collaborate closely with the restaurant staff and report directly to the Chef and Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to expertly craft fresh, homemade meals that delight our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct food preparation, utilizing ingredients sourced from local farms.

  • Present plates in an appealing and hygienic manner.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of relevant culinary experience and demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proficient knife skills.
  • Ability to control portion sizes effectively.
  • Experience in scratch cooking.
  • Knowledge of salad preparation and sautéing techniques.
  • Grilling expertise.
