Dishwasher Position

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet safety standards.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines or chemical dips
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas
• Comply with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Help load and unload supplies and product

Free meal with each shift worked. Eligible to join the union after 30 days.

$13.75 per hour to $14.00.
