Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Travel Nurses Inc. as a Travel CT Technologist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts on nights.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during the scan and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in CT scanning or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments.
