- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Clinical Expertise and Leadership
- Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient care and address any concerns or issues.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
