Job Description

In this dynamic role as an Audit Supervisor, you will supervise, review, and develop team members on multiple client engagements across various industries. Your responsibilities will include performing audits under review and compilation standards, communicating with clients on related audit matters, developing audit plans, and coordinating with staff to manage firm risk on audits and proposals. Additionally, you will review reports, workpapers, and management letters, ensuring adherence to professional standards and client confidentiality.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, along with excellent benefits, including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) + Match, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Plan, Paid Time Off, Flexible Scheduling, Summer Hours, On-site Continuing Education, Limited Travel, and Low Partner-to-Staff Ratio.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess at least 5-8 years of auditing experience, including previous experience working for a CPA firm, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, and a CPA license. They should also have competent working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS, as well as the ability to research and resolve complex accounting issues. Self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals with excellent time management and organizational skills are highly sought after, as are those with leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to manage engagements.
