Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at a school in Shirley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 or small group services to students with behavioral issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral interventions and support to students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Monitor and record student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
