Main Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in regular production meetings as required, acting as a communication bridge between SelecSource, associates, and client management.
  2. Proactively assess the needs of the warehouse and provide forecasts to prepare the recruiting team for varying volume demands.
  3. Conduct thorough onboarding for new employees, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  4. Address payroll inquiries from associates promptly and effectively.
  5. Oversee the 90-day temp-to-hire process, promoting opportunities for associates.
  6. Work collaboratively to reduce turnover rates by implementing effective retention strategies.
  7. Attend meetings focused on account implementation.
  8. Resolve workforce-related issues in collaboration with client management.
  9. Manage staffing requests and recruit as necessary.
  10. Organize personnel forecasting meetings with client management.
  11. Facilitate associate orientations covering policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  12. Deliver training based on established procedures and training matrices.
  13. Serve as the primary communication point for associates.
  14. Conduct on-site risk assessments.
  15. Monitor attendance and punctuality of associates.
  16. Ensure accurate payroll administration.
  17. Maintain safety and cleanliness in associate work areas.
  18. Evaluate and monitor associate production efficiency and quality.
  19. Conduct performance evaluations and reviews for associates.
  20. Submit daily performance and attendance reports as required.
  21. Update operational procedures as necessary.
  22. Adhere to client-specific operational guidelines.
  23. Maintain a visible presence at the client site.
