You will be part of a Care Team consisting of physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff, all dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.



Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for a diverse range of patient care tasks, including:
- Documenting in the Electronic Medical Record in accordance with established guidelines.
- Preparing treatment areas for patient examinations.
- Executing prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administering medications, and monitoring treatment progress and patient responses.
- Consulting with physicians and other healthcare providers to address and resolve patient concerns.
- Educating patients and their families on health status, maintenance, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
