Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking skilled diesel mechanics to join our team at the Union Pacific Global II facility in Northlake, IL. As a diesel mechanic with Pacific Rail Services, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of heavy equipment and locomotives, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with heavy equipment and locomotives
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screen and physical examination
• Background check and IPCS strength test
• Dependable and reliable, with a strong commitment to honoring assigned schedules
