Our 76-bed NICU is equipped with advanced technology, including iCare ICU monitoring and robotic surgery, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN to fill a key role on our NICU team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Formulate a plan of care, incorporating input from the multidisciplinary team and patient/family members.
  • Implement and evaluate the plan of care, adapting as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a current RN license in good standing and have relevant experience in an acute care setting. BLS certification is required, and additional certifications may be necessary based on the area of practice.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
