Job Summary

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at BORGER HEALTHCARE CENTER. As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and residents, providing individualized care and therapy programs to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients and residents, including assessments, goal development, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient or resident
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Current Texas OT license
