About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to members, including sandwiches, salads, and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
