Position Overview

Role: Golf Course Laborer/Snowmaker

Employment Type: Full Time - Year Round

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Location: Pocono Hills Golf Course

This role is essential for the upkeep and maintenance of the golf course and associated facilities. The responsibilities include:

  • Mowing various areas of the golf course
  • Weed-wacking and raking sand traps
  • Leaf blowing and trash removal
  • Assisting with snowmaking during winter months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and consistent completion of tasks
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Work effectively in varying weather conditions
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently
  • Project a clean and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in golf course maintenance is preferred
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Valid PA Driver's License is required
