Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Unit Clerk to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality patient care in our Medical Surgical division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
- Assist with the facilitation of quality patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
- Float throughout the Medical Surgical division as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
- One to two years' minimum experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification and first aid training required
Work Environment:
Office/Clinical setting. Exposure class I.
Physical Demands:
Light to Medium work (depending on the unit assignment). Requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying.
Pay Range:
$25.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
