About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in patient care and leadership to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients admitted to the medical-surgical unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities, including managing the unit's workflow and ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification (required for Charge Nurses, High Ops, and ICU staff).
  • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
