Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance our team's performance at Lakeview Lanes Management Llc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar area.

• Take drink orders and make recommendations to patrons
• Verify patrons' age and ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
• Accurately input orders to the kitchen and collect payment
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping the bar area

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
• Mixology or hospitality certification is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items is essential
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
