Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our product design and development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, circuits, and products that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and products that meet our quality and performance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Develop and implement design concepts and solutions to address design and application problems
  • Test and validate prototypes and integrated systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, documentation, and technical reports
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality designs
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities to support engineering sample and pilot run start-ups
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic design concepts and principles
  • Proficiency with analog design simulation tools (Spice Simulators) and failure analysis techniques (DFMEA and PFMEA)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal instructions and guidance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical engineering, with design and development of consumer electronic products
