Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
- Efficiently handle guest luggage, including checking, storing, and retrieving, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles, and loading areas, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby station and baggage room, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and other requests, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and preferences.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Restock supplies at the front desk, business center, and grab-and-go areas, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to management, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our guests and team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Professional and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while maintaining a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
