  • Report any incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to management, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our guests and team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Professional and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while maintaining a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
