Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Resident Care Aide (RCA). The RCA's primary role is to ensure the well-being and protection of every resident through the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, walking, transporting, and other cares.
  • Administer prescribed medications to residents, as delegated by the community's Registered Nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and employees.

Requirements:

  • Dependable and have a contagiously positive attitude.
  • Possess a passion for working with seniors and/or caring for others.
