We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring they live their most positive and purposeful lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes, including assistance with daily tasks and activities.
  • Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Help seniors with mobility and daily living tasks, such as getting in and out of bed and using the restroom.
  • Perform duties as assigned on a personalized senior care service plan.
  • Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies.
  • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home.

Requirements:

  • Submit to a criminal background investigation, motor vehicle driving record check, and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Possess a PCA, HHA, or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required).
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be able to service the Sacramento, CA area.
