We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ahava Therapy Services in Lake Wales, Florida. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work with a variety of patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough functional resident assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and document treatment plans, including exercises and therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize residents' use of functional abilities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of community resources
- Attend and participate in rehabilitation team conferences and other department meetings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license/certification in the state of Florida
- BLS CPR certification
