  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with the Nightingale team, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate with Patients and Families: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Earned from an accredited program.
  • Speech-Language Pathology License: Current and valid licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR Certification: Current certification preferred.
