Responsibilities of the Social Services Coordinator:
- Deliver in-home support to families or individuals identified through referrals.
- Conduct home assessments, perform family evaluations, and develop tailored service plans.
- Ensure the confidentiality of clients and their families.
- Offer assistance and support outside regular hours to meet family needs when required.
- Be available for on-call client emergencies as needed.
Position Details for the Social Services Coordinator:
- Starting salary of $41,000 annually.
- Direct hire position.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (typically Saturday once a month).
- Hybrid work arrangement available after training completion.
- Mileage reimbursement for candidates with a valid license and vehicle.
Qualifications for the Social Services Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management.
- Preferred 5 years of case management experience.
- Open to candidates trained in Mental Health First Aid or trauma-informed care techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant social work field is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Covid vaccination is preferred.
- Mandated Reporter Certificate (to be obtained within 5 years).
