Job Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:
Conducting setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
Establishing and potentially developing test specifications, methods, and procedures based on blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
Testing and diagnosing assemblies and/or final systems, and executing rework on assemblies and/or systems as necessary.
Compiling technical reports that summarize findings and propose solutions to technical challenges. Assisting in the selection and setup of specialized testing equipment may also be required.
Handling assignments that are moderately complex, necessitating judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
Performing ongoing daily tasks with minimal supervision, while receiving general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Providing work assignment direction and technical training to colleagues may also be part of the role.

Qualifications (Essential Skills):
Ability to operate in a clean room environment is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with mechanical system adjustments is required.
Experience in systems development and testing, including formulating system-level requirements, test specifications, and analyzing test results.
Familiarity with Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
Proficiency in using a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches, and calipers is necessary.
Mechanical and systems aptitude is essential.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams in various locations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Strong organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, effective time management, and task prioritization.
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine tasks and with general instructions on new assignments.
Prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems is advantageous.

Capability to read and comprehend complex drawings, mathematics, and handbook formulas, and utilize a variety of testing and measuring instruments.

A willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and pursue continuous improvement is essential.
Knowledge of LabView, Linux, and MS Office suite software is a plus.
Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, is expected.
Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
