Requirements
  • Diploma from a CAPTE-Approved Physical Therapy Program
    • Must have a degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited physical therapy program.
  • Physical Therapy State License (or in Process)
    • Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state where the position is located (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
