About the Role

AESC US LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager, Supplier Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of supplier quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supplier quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of supplier quality engineers to conduct audits, assessments, and evaluations of suppliers to ensure their quality and reliability meet our standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure their quality and reliability meet our standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to supplier quality engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure supplier quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing supplier quality assurance strategies that result in improved quality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
