Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
