Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $22/hour with a potential shift differential of $0.75 and starting rate of $16/hour, depending on experience and location.

Job Description: As an RX stocker, you will be responsible for stocking cases of pharmacy merchandise onto shelves for RX order selectors. Your tasks include maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance, utilizing safe work practices, and working efficiently with other employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Read merchandise orders from a RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
  • Select and prepare cases of product and place them in designated locations.
  • Maintain constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
  • Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise stocked.
  • Work efficiently and effectively on lines with 5 or more other employees.
  • Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Cross train in other warehouse duties as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
