Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to ensure the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of our solar portfolio in North Carolina. The successful candidate will adhere to company standards, procedures, and processes while prioritizing team safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including mounting panels, wiring electrical components, inverters, and configuring system settings.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Diagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in solar PV systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, or repair. Relevant experience in electrical or mechanical fields is also acceptable.
- Technical Skills: Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of solar inverters and panel trackers, as well as high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) systems.
- Certifications and Training: Maintain required training certifications and have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
