Job Responsibilities: The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for executing physician-directed diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative respiratory services, including ECG and EEG, throughout the care continuum. This role involves the professional administration of all respiratory therapy techniques, assessing and interpreting relevant information, providing education to patients and their families, effectively communicating with the care team, and managing workload efficiently.
Qualifications: Required: RCP certification by the Commonwealth of PA, CRT credential, high school diploma, completion of an approved Respiratory Program, and BLS certification. Preferred: RRT credential, associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree, and necessary clearances as mandated by law.
