Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Cutting Edge Staffing LLC in Gilman, IL. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to patients struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient records.
• Foster strong relationships with referral sources and family members to provide progress updates and facilitate support.
• Lead and facilitate individual and group sessions, promoting open self-disclosure and collaboration on patient needs and goals.

• A Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.
• An active LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in Illinois.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards and knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
