About the Role

At Soliant, we are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a K-12 Educational Specialist. This role is based in the Near Magna, UT area and will require you to support students across grades K-12 with various speech and language needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to track student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment sessions in compliance with school district guidelines.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Utah SLP license or the ability to obtain licensure promptly.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
