Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Series Awards Operations Specialist to join our Talent Relations & Awards Series Team. In this role, you will assist in organizing the Series Awards Team from Guild through Emmy season, ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, maintaining award documents and grids, scheduling meetings, and tracking competitive awards titles. You will also staff events, support title leads on awards strategy, handle logistics, and maintain the awards FYC website.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in publicity-related roles, preferably in a studio, network, agency, brand, or similar organization.

As a Series Awards Operations Specialist, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise in the awards space for series. With a salary range of $40-45/hour, we offer a competitive compensation package.
