Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in South Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment such as CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray machines to produce high-quality images.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist.
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
