Nursing Team Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry at Haywood Regional Medical Center. As a Nursing Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • AHA ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
